Once Kingersons.com popped up on my recent search, I read all they published re the product as well as other websites. I finally made up my mind and ordered since the price, the manufacturer and the product specifications were ideal for my needs. I was also impressed with the 5 yr warranty on the compressor. 12,000 BTU for 369.00 AND energy efficient! I received a lot of information about the product and the delivery was super-fast! I've never rec'd a product so fast. I haven't used it yet, but it's all set up and ready to go. A beautiful piece, too.
